Join Kate for this energetic Flow State Signature style class that uses fun ways to switch the feet and keep you in flow without the use of taking a "vinyasa". This class works into some fun step back transitions to dancing warrior and primal squats. There is no seated stretching, cool down, or savasana to this class - all movement straight out of the gate! Please take time to stretch or find savasana if needed :)
