Join Kate for this class created with runner's in mind! Think hips, hamstrings, hip flexors and glutes! Do you have to be a runner to do this class? Absolutely not. It does feel darn good after a run though :) Poses aren't held quite as long as a traditional yin class, hence the "ish".
