Our signature flow uses repetitive sequencing that builds every 3-4 rounds of movement to build on to the movement. Without the use of a vinyasa, we continue in constant movement on both the right and left sides of the body building confidence, fluidity, and ease that ultimately feels like a dance or moving mediation. By using repetitive sequencing, practitioners can deepen the variation of postures round by round if desired, modify as needed, or outright skip or flow over things that don't work for them. It is all about finding your individual "flow state" on the mat.
