soften

Soften are our classes that we describe more as slow flows. These classes typically take out the "vinyasas" and chaturangas or offer a bare minimum. In soften classes, we invite you to take out "going hard" and leaning into deepening, holding, and grounding. Soften classes do not offer balancing poses and often use variations of postures on the knees.

  • Funky Honey - a flow born in Chile
